What are the shipping options?

answer: For local deliveries, we work with shipping services such as JNE and J&T. For international deliveries, we use EMS (Express Mail Service).

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We offer a variety of payment methods, including cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and installment/pay later options through certain e-commerce platforms.

Can I return an item and how do I get a refund?

Answer: customer can return the item if the product they received is damaged, especially if the packaging is damaged. For the claim process, we suggest that customers make an unboxing video when opening the package as evidence. Returns can be submitted up to 3 days after the item is received. If it is proven that the item is damaged due to our fault, a refund will be made via bank transfer to the customer’s account.

Is it secure for sensitive skin and where we can order products?

Answer : Yes, our products are safe for sensitive skin as they have undergone a series of rigorous testing and quality control. Orders can be placed online through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee.

How long does delivery take?

Answer: Delivery time depends on the recipient’s location. For Bali and surrounding areas, items are usually shipped and received on the same day. For areas outside Bali, estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping service used.

How long does the scent last on clothes?

Answer: The scent on clothes can last all day long while being worn. If stored in a closet, the fragrance can last up to 7 days.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Answer: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, please contact us within 2×24 hours after receiving the item. Our team will immediately assist with the exchange or return process in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
